i have a problem with my backup software / snapshots. Although i got the latest version of VMWare Tools installed, my backup tool is not able to quiescence the filesystem for the snapshot:

Also if i want to create a snapshot, this option is greyed out. Is there any functionality, which is not licensed in the Essentials Kit?
