Transport (VMDB) error -45: Failed to connect to peer process; VM OS Ubuntu 14.4

Hello,

I am using vSphere 6.5.0 (Build 4564106). After rebooting my host I can not power on the VM's.  When i am trying to power on the vm's it's showing :

My all the VMs have same Operating System Ubuntu 14.04 (Desktop). The storage is used more than 90% (I know this is not ideal).

Can  someone please suggest any solution ?

what ca be the reason?
